Water is very important to a healthy lifestyle because it aids Natural Weight Loss, Natural Detox, glowing and clearer skin, better digestion, better concentration, less painful menstruation, good regular bowel movements and many more!

When your body is fatigued after a gruelling exercise session it is important to stock up on lost fluids from sweating, heat, and deep breathing. During a exercise session it is very important to have a bottle of water and recommend that a minimum of a litre is with you.

Without water or proper hydration your workout will suffer and your fitness levels will detieriate rapidly.

If you are not drinking any water at the moment then take it slowly by adding in more and more daily until you reach the recommended 2 litres.

If you start to drink 2 litres immediately, from not drinking any, it may make you feel sick and unwell as your body will go immediately into a detox and cleanse by releasing lots of toxins that will make you feel unwell.
